We have an agent on call that can assist with your out of hours emergencies. Just email ineedhelp@thetourcompany.co.uk and we will get back to as soon as possible, during waking hours.

Can I set up an account with you?
We are a non credit agency and take payment as and when tickets etc are booked. Hotels are paid direct by the client. Alternatively you can lodge money with us and we will use that against what is booked.
What if our travel plans change last minute?
A last minute change of plan doesn’t worry us. We know the industry and we know that things change.
Which airlines/hotels do you work with?
We work closely with our network of partner hotels, airlines, chauffeurs, car hire firms etc.
What industries do you work with?
We provide specialist travel management services for bands, artists and celebrities in the fields of music and entertainment.
Our travel plans are confidential – will this be a problem?
We are used to dealing with the needs of band tour managers, agents, event planners and the demands of their celebrity clients. Our team of travel specialists treat all information as confidential.
